About Phonnie

Hi, I’m Phonnie, short for Alphonso. I have over 3 decades’ experience in the professional field, with many accolades, but started out my career as an educator. This focus on personal development never left me. Throughout all my professional endeavours it’s always been a focus of mine. 

I have a unique talent for harnessing human potential. My experience in the field of entrepreneurship and business puts me in the perfect position to help coach you into the business leader you were meant to be. 

But it doesn’t end with professional development. I also specialise in personal development. After all, how can you develop professionally if you don’t develop personally?
