Dance in the Moment

Many times we find ourselves not really feeling part of a conversation, but rather sitting on
the fence. Maybe it’s because it’s a discussion on an issue that you are really not interested
in, or you feel out of your depth. This is the ideal opportunity to metaphorically “Dance in
The Moment.” What do I mean by this?
I strive to “Dance in The Moment” whenever I meet someone in my personal or
professional capacity – which means I choose to actually live in that moment and make it
part of my existence. When we dance in the moment we are completely present. This
applies not only to a client, but to your spouse, your child, your colleague, and anyone who
requires your attention. When we do this we show that we genuinely care for that person.
One must learn to stay calm and not become a prisoner of a situation. “Dance in The
Moment” and see what you can learn and get out of the situation. It also means to look for
the positive aspects in the situation and making it part of you. Time is important and every
second counts. Do not miss the opportunity to take what you can get out of every
opportunity – “Dance in The Moment!”
